  • How could I pay the order I made?
    We accept two major cards VISA,MASTERCARD, and PayPal, we also accept payment via direct deposit or bank transfer. No hidden charges.
  • Can I save if I transfer money from bank?
    Yes, In your shopping cart, Our system automatic calculate the total amount with payment discount. When you check out, you need to choose bank deposit as payment method.
  • Do you require me to give my Credit Card detail online?
    No, We use bank, PayPal merchant service to process your payment, we don't require you to provide your credit card detail.
  • Do you have a store-front? Can I come to your shop and purchase something there?
    No, Shopping online Australia is an online retailer. We do not have a shop front anywhere in Australia and only accept orders has been made online via www.shoppingshopping.com.au.
  • Can I pick up an order?
    No,You can not pick up orders anywhere in Australia. We may consider this option in the future.
  • How do I place an order?
    All orders have to be made online. Currently we do not accept phone orders. Once you have ordered our product, we will require you to provide your shipping details such name, address, email address, and payment options. Please make sure you provide correct phone number and email address to communicate with us.
  • How long does the delivery take?
    Please allow us take 3-6 working days from date of clearance of payment to major State, Territory cities and their surrounding areas. For delivery to more remote or rural areas, please allow a further 2-3 days.
  • Can I check my order status via website?
    No. However, we will send you email regarding your order details and status.
  • Can you ship internationally?
    No, at the moment, we only ship to anywhere in Australia.
  • Can I pay by direct deposit or bank transfer?
    Yes, you can. With direct deposit, once you have placed an order and check it out, the system will send you an email list all the items you have ordered, and postage, total amount that you have to pay. You can deposit the total amount into our Commonwealth Bank account. Please use your ORDER NUMBER as reference on the payment.

    It usually takes 2 or 3 working days to clear the payment. And, we will only dispatch the order once the payment is cleared.
  • Can I return a product as I made a wrong decision?
    No. Due to our low margins, we do not offer product refund of any type of Customer Satisfaction Policy such as making a wrong decision or change your mind. We will only offer a product refund if the product is found to be DOA (Dead on Arrival).
  • What is the best way to contact us?
    We prefer email and we will try our best to get back to everyone as soon as possible.
  • How can I retain my warranty service?
    Every product has their own product warranty, you can contact us or contact manufacture directly, please check warranty details when you choose the product.
