In these Terms and Conditions "we" and "us" mean Shopping Online Australia Pty Ltd, and "you" means you the customer.

These terms and conditions apply to your use of the Shopping Online Australia – www.shoppingshopping.com.au web site ("the web site") by us. Your use of the web site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions

Shopping Online Australia may amend or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time at our absolute discretion by posting revised terms. Any revisions will be effective immediately.

All products & services sold & delivered are non refundable. Customers may return the products for replacement only when the goods are DOA (Dead On Arrival). Dead on Arrival which must be reported to us via email service@shoppingshopping.com.au within 24 hours when you received the products. All other returns will not be entertained.

We only sell and ship Products within Australia. We will not make deliveries outside of Australia.

We can only accept credit cards issued by banks inside of Australia

Price is a subject to change without notice, pricing in effect at the time of order.

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and inclusive of the Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the current rate of 10%.

If you are under the age eighteen (18) years you can not place orders with Shopping Online Australia.

By accepting these Terms and Conditions you acknowledge that you are over the age of eighteen (18) years. Should Shopping Online Australia suffer any damage or other losses as a result of a transaction entered into by a minor, Shopping Online Australia reserves the right to seek compensation for such losses from the parents or guardians of the minor who caused any order(s) to be placed with Shopping Online Australia.

While we try very hard to make sure minimum level of inventory, sometime the situation is beyond our control. If we find the product(s) you placed has been sold out, we will notify you regarding the situation. You are welcome to choose either requesting refund for the item or receiving a raincheck. As soon as new stock arrives, this assures you of being able to buy the original product (or a comparable product) at the advertised price - even if the original promotion has ended. Naturally, this cannot apply to the products that have been advertised as 'limited', 'discounted' or 'clearance' lines.

Once you placed an order, registration is compulsory via our online registration form. You must submit to us correct, accurate, complete and true information when register with us. We reserve the right to reject, cancel, terminate or revoke your membership if we suspect that the information furnished by you is in anyway incorrect, incomplete, untrue or falsified.

All credit card payments are made through PAYPAL AUSTRALIA which is a well known secure on-line payment service. We accept major credit cards, Visa and Mastercard as payment for all orders.

Whilst Shopping Online Australia does not collect customers’ credit card detail. We will not be responsible for any damages, consequential losses (whether direct or indirect) suffered by a customer whose credit card is fraudulently used or is used in an unauthorised manner.

We reserve the right not to provide products, terminate customer relationship, remove or edit content or cancel orders (or part thereof) at our sole discretion at any time.

Title and risk of loss to all Products will pass to you on delivery. This is subject to and does not limit any rights you might have against any party in relation to the carriage of the products, such as any rights against the carrier.

Shopping Online Australia will not be liable for any loss of income, loss of profits, loss of contracts, loss of data or for any indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind howsoever arising and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise.

Our maximum aggregate liability for any Product supplied to you whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise shall in no circumstances exceed the amount payable by you to us in respect of the Product(s) in question.

You agree to indemnify and will Shopping Online Australia indemnified against any claim, demand, injury, damage, loss, expense, cost or liability (whether direct or indirect) made against or suffered by Shopping Online Australia in connection with your use of this site, your breach of these Terms of Use or your breach of any rights of third parties.
